MANHATTAN, KS – (September 22, 2011) CivicPlus, a leading developer of open website technology and community engagement systems, was awarded 18 new contracts in the past two weeks to design and enhance government websites for cities and counties in Texas, Illinois, Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Kansas, New Mexico, Wisconsin and Wyoming,
CivicPlus will be developing new websites for Chandler, TX; Allen, TX; Cary, IL; Moline, IL; Valdez, AK; Safford, AZ; Summit County, CO; Fort Madison, IA; Oskaloosa, IA; Brookfield; WI and the Hillsborough County Environmental Protection Agency in Florida. The company will also be redesigning and refreshing the look of existing websites in New Braunfuels, TX; Kodiak Island Borough, AK; Centennial, CO; Uinta County, WY and McPherson County, KS. The City of Farmington, NM and Douglas County, CO contracted with CivicPlus to add the company’s Citizen Request TrackerTM (CRT) Suite to their websites to enhance two-way communication with citizens. Douglas County is also adding CivicPlus’ Notify Me application.
