Citizen Request Tracker Suite
The Citizen Request Tracker (CRT) is a reporting and tracking tool that addresses problems in your community, including malfunctioning street lights, stray animals, graffiti, code violations, etc. Once a request is submitted, it's routed via email to the appropriate department and/or employee, who may then reply to the citizen regarding status of the request.

The CRT also keeps stats on departments, requests and individuals to track how many requests have been submitted, how many remain open, how many are closed, as well as the average time it takes to close a request. Citizens can report problems on the website, through the CRT iPhone App or the CRT Facebook App.

+ An API has been developed for this module. APIs are free and available for anyone to use. However, we first want our clients to decide how open they would like to be with their own data. As such, all API functions are protected with a service key. To request a service key, email e-mail.
