Content Library
The Content Library enables administrative users to download page templates for use on their own website. Page templates can be searched for by department name, template type, CivicPlus picks, highest ratings, most downloaded or from the Hall of Fame. Users may also submit their pages to be used by others as templates.

+ Only available for page creation. SOLUTION: CivicPlus is working on expanding this feature to other modules.   
+ Someone could use a template and forget to personalize information. SOLUTION: Publisher rights can be assigned to create proofreading workflow.
+ No ability to lock templates down. SOLUTION: You don't have to approve a template.
