ePayment Center
ePayment or ePay works with our Forms Module to process simple payments, using one set tax rate. Clients do need to have an SSL Certificate to use ePay. Clients have the choice of accept credit cards, eChecks or both.

ePay can add a flat rate "convenience fee" charge to each transaction. Here are two credit card examples:

Example One
A pool pass is $30. If your office DOES NOT add in a convenience fee, the $2 flat rate plus the 3.95% transaction fee will come out of the $30. The person purchasing the pool pass will not see this fee, because it comes out of the $30 they paid for the pass.

Example Two
A parking ticket costs $10. If your office DOES add a $5 convenience fee, the person paying the ticket will pay a total of $15. (If you have a form set up to allow people to pay a cost that might fluctuate, you can still add a convenience fee, but it WILL NOT vary depending on the amount of the ticket.)
