FAQs
In the FAQs module, administrative users can have as many FAQ categories as you need. Each FAQ category (Fire Dept FAQs, City Clerk FAQs, etc.) can "live" on as many pages as necessary, and will filter back into the main FAQs module page.
When FAQs are on any page other than the homepage and the FAQs module page, they will be placed on the righthand side or bottom of a page (the feature column must be turned on).

Potential Enhancements
+ FAQs are neither ranked by helpfulness, nor able to be voted on: Voting functionality does not currently exist within the FAQs module. Most of our clients build the module and its categories based upon the questions that they receive most frequently in their departments. This ensures that the module covers critical information. In the future, voting and ranking functionality may be included. For now, items can easily be moved up or down based on priority.
+ FAQs do not tie into the CRT as they do in other systems: Both the FAQs module and CRT present core functionality, and you may not find some of the advanced features that you could get through companies that focus exclusively on request tracking. However, through CRT, administrators may notice and be able to track trends in questions or complaints being filed and easily add a corresponding FAQ into their category.
+ Users cannot submit questions to be included: The module itself provides no method for users to submit questions; however, CRT or the forms module can easily accomplish this task.
+ The number of FAQ questions on a page are limited: The number can be changed in the properties of the category. The default is set to three to keep pages from being too long.
+ Links are limited to one: Links can be created in the description area using html code.
