Mobile Version of Sites.
This feature automatically detects a mobile phone browser and displays the mobile version of your website accordingly, While the mobile phone user will still have the option to view the full site if they choose to do so, CivicPlus is continuously rolling out upgrades to the mobile versions to make the user experience more interactive and app-like.

Alert Center.
Effortlessly add important alert items on your website – complete with photos, hyperlinks and real-time updates – with the click of a button while automatically sending public notifications via email or text messages. Alert Center can display in a variety of eye-catching ways on your website, and can be used for alerts as simple as road closings, to those as critical and important as Amber Alerts.

Media Center (Featuring Streaming Video).
An affordable option that allows all of our clients to host video files and stream live video through their websites. All you need is a camera hooked up to a computer connected to the Internet, and you can begin streaming live right through your website – no additional software needed!

My Dashboard.
Residents and users can set up a specific dashboard profile on your community’s website, which allows them to display the information they want to see from across the entire website in one central location every time they login. In addition, users can login to My Dashboard with their Facebook login and password via Facebook Connect.

Agenda Center Redesign.
Our Agenda Creator received a complete overhaul, with the end result being a module that allows for the complete creation of agendas – from the input of preliminary items to the approval workflow to the publishing of the agenda live to the public – one smooth and seamless process. Once an agenda has been published, you can also create a skeleton of the agenda to create on-the-fly minutes of your meetings.

Forms Center Redesign.
Creating and managing online-fillable forms is now easier and more intuitive than ever with our upgrade to our Forms Development Tool. We added in drag-and-drop build-out functionality, the ability to apply conditional fields, form statistics, and much more. In all, we added more than 20 new pieces of functionality to the module!

Community Voice Module.
The Community Voice Module allows residents to submit their ideas for improvements and changes they’d like to see implemented within the community, and in turn allows other residents to comment on ideas and vote ideas up or down. The Community Voice Module is yet another way CivicPlus is continuously seeking out better and easier ways to connect with and engage with your residents.
