In an effort to keep up-to-date with the expectations and needs of residents, Williamson County, Tennessee chose to remain with CivicPlus once it came time for a redesign. Complete with an updated look, the newly updated County website provides residents a personalized browsing experience with the My Dashboard and Notify Me modules.
My Dashboard module allows website visitors to personalize their dashboard to display news articles, events and information that is most important to them. Taking user specification even further, the Notify Me module allows residents to select the items or alerts about which they'd like to receive via email or text message notifications.
