As a CivicEngage Solutions Director, Kelly is responsible for analyzing market research and user experience data to inform the product evolution and development process. Kelly’s focus is on understanding the needs of municipal leaders and the changing landscape of citizen engagement to help ensure our CivicPlus website solutions continue to offer the features necessary for local government leaders to address citizen needs quickly.
As a visionary leader, Kelly’s product strategy begins and ends with user feedback. From managing ideal partnerships to collaborating with software engineers to understanding competitor offerings, Kelly relentlessly champions the needs of municipalities and their citizens to help her team build modern and easy-to-use engagement features. Kelly holds relentlessly high standards for the current, short-term, and long-term states of her product and her team and is committed to delivering product enhancements that are innovative and impactful.
Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Finance and Mathematics from Brigham Young University – Idaho.
Jamie has over 15 years of experience working in the government technology sector. In her role as a CivicEngage® product manager, Jamie draws on knowledge gained from responsibilities working within the account management, client support, and product management teams at CivicPlus to help define the roadmap for CivicEngage based on technology advancements, client needs, and the local government engagement landscape. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Colorado Technical University in Colorado Spring, CO, and a Master of Business Administration Degree with a focus on Network and Communication Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University.
