As a CivicPlus Solutions Manager, Katie’s focus is on understanding the market needs as they relate to constituent engagement and communication and work to close the gap with our solutions. With a focus on CivicPlus’ public safety and citizen engagement solutions, Katie works closely with the product innovation, implementation, and client success teams, to form the strategic road map for her solution category, ensuring our solutions evolve continually to meet the demands of modern engagement in the digital era. Katie has experience working with clients through the implementation of their CivicPlus solutions and supporting the product teams with the research and analysis required to make data-driven development decisions. She has a proven record of successful product launches and has managed productive relationships with our partners. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Fresno State University and a Master of Science Degree in Professional Studies from St. John’s University.
