Kelly’s focus is on understanding the needs of municipal leaders and the changing landscape of citizen request management and communication trends to help ensure CP Connect continues to offer the features necessary for local government leaders to address citizen needs quickly and transparently.
As a visionary leader, Kelly’s product strategy begins and ends with user feedback. From managing ideal partnerships to collaborating with software engineers, to understanding competitor offerings, Kelly relentlessly champions the needs of municipalities and their citizens to help her team build modern and easy-to-use engagement features. Kelly holds relentlessly high standards for the current, short-term, and long-term states of her product and her team and is committed to delivering product enhancements that are innovative and impactful.
Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Finance and Mathematics from Brigham Young University – Idaho.
