With five years of experience, she specializes in end-to-end implementation, including customer needs analysis, system configuration, stakeholder communication, and driving user adoption through training and support. Katie is known for her proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to optimize workflows to ensure efficient and successful outcomes. She takes a collaborative, team-oriented approach, working closely with cross-functional partners to build trust and deliver high-quality results for customers. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a focus on Local Government from North Carolina State University.
