Written by CivicPlus

Morgan King, CivicPlus® Manager of Knowledge Management, has been invited to speak at the Knowledge Management (KM) World Conference, which will take place in Washington, D.C., November 7-10. King led the design and implementation of CivicPlus’ Knowledge Management team. The theme of this year’s KMWorld is People Driving Knowledge Sharing: Innovation, Resilience & Agility. King will speak to her experience creating, scaling, and leading this critical information-sharing initiative at CivicPlus.

“Successful knowledge management has been a major key behind the growth CivicPlus has been fortunate enough to see in the last couple of years,” said King. “As an organization that has grown from 500 employees to 900 in the last year alone, having a foundational strategy for information-sharing and collaboration has been critical in scaling our operations to continually provide the highest quality service to our customers. It’s an honor to share CivicPlus’ experiences and key learnings with fellow Knowledge Management innovators at this year’s KMWord. They are a force in the knowledge management industry, and I’m appreciative of the opportunity to share what I’ve learned over the years.”
