He collaborates with various departments within our customers’ agency to ensure a smooth and successful transition to their new websites. He brings a strong combination of project management, sales experience, team leadership, and vendor coordination to any project.

CivicPlus Municipal Websites Implementation Consultant Cat Finnegan works closely with Evolve and Central customers during the implementation stage of their new municipal websites. With a focus on meeting timeline milestones, Cat helps develop effective content management frameworks tailored to the unique needs of each customer. She also guides and educates customers on how to confidently use their new platforms to serve their communities. Cat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University and a Master of Public Service and Administration from The Bush School of Government and Public Service. Her master’s capstone focused on evaluating government transparency through municipal websites.
