Alongside her public service career, Anindita is also an accomplished Indian classical artist, nationally recognized for her work in the Kathak dance tradition. This dual expertise in civic leadership and the arts informs her creative, people-centered approach to communication and storytelling.

Timber Smith

Special Assistant to the Mayor of the City of Appleton, WI

Timber Smith serves as the Special Assistant to the Mayor for Community, Culture & Belonging for the City of Appleton. In this role, he leads civic engagement and outreach initiatives that help foster a welcoming, inclusive community for all residents. A thoughtful people leader with a strong background in organizational development and public service, Timber builds bridges across departments and neighborhoods to strengthen community connections. He also co-hosts the Appleton Engaged podcast with Andy Anaam, highlighting stories of collaboration, leadership, and public service throughout the city.
