He specializes in helping agencies navigate complex systems, ensuring they can effectively leverage technology to support their day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives.
In his role, Kellen acts as a technical resource across CivicPlus products, leading solution demonstrations, answering in-depth product questions, and helping organizations design approaches that fit their unique needs. He is valued for his ability to break down technical functionality into practical applications and for building strong, trusted relationships with the teams he supports.
Outside of work, Kellen enjoys playing piano at his church and spending time with his wife, daughter, and their dog, Pepper.
Jacen Clapp
Account Executive, CivicPlus
Jacen Clapp is an Account Executive at CivicPlus with over seven years of SaaS experience, including six years dedicated to serving local governments. He focuses on clerk-facing solutions such as Agenda and Meeting Management, NextRequest, Social Media Archiving, and CivicPlus Media, supporting agencies across Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, and Utah.
Jacen is known for his consultative approach, working closely with clerks and administrative teams to understand their current processes, identify inefficiencies, and align technology to meaningful outcomes such as improved transparency, compliance, and time savings. His work helps local governments modernize operations while better serving their communities.
Outside of work, Jacen enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and their four kids.
