She lives in Northwest Montana and enjoys spending time outside with her family.

She brings more than three and a half years of experience at CivicPlus, having previously served as both a Customer Success Manager and an Account Manager supporting a wide range of CivicPlus products, including Municipal Websites, SeeClickFix 311 CRM, Recreation Management, Process Automation and Digital Services, Web Accessibility, and Mass Notification. Known as a problem solver and team player, Abigail values cross-functional collaboration and takes a customer-centric, accountable approach to her work.
