Jennifer brings over two decades of experience working with local governments, 12 of those years with CivicPlus. She holds a master’s degree in public administration, a bachelor’s in criminal justice, and several certifications in computer science, and UX/UI. Jennifer has served for many years as Chairperson of her town’s Conservation Board, an advisory board to both the Planning Board and Town Board. Jennifer leads our implementation and professional services team. She is a technology evangelist and innovative problem solver who brings extensive strategy, process improvement, document creation, and records management experience.
