As a Solutions Engineer II, Kaitlin consults with existing and prospective CivicPlus partners to evaluate their technical needs and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the resident and staff experience. Before joining CivicPlus, Kaitlin worked in local government as a Marketing and Communications Director, Public Information Officer, Webmaster, and more. She’s led multiple website implementations and redesign projects for Drupal-based web systems and CivicPlus’ proprietary CMS, Central. She loves using her mix of technical and practical experience to help organizations of every size find unique solutions to meet their needs.
