Managing facility reservations across multiple locations can quickly become complex, especially when balancing availability, avoiding conflicts, and handling high volumes of bookings. Without a clear, centralized view, staff may spend unnecessary time navigating schedules, resolving overlaps, and making manual updates that slow down operations and impact the overall experience.

This live webinar is designed for Recreation Management customers looking to improve how they manage facility schedules, streamline reservation workflows, and apply best practices for more efficient day-to-day operations. During the session, we’ll walk through how to navigate the schedule, apply filters, and manage bookings efficiently, including a live demonstration of creating, editing, and moving reservations with intuitive drag-and-drop functionality.

You’ll learn how to visualize availability across facilities in one centralized view, adjust your schedule to match your operational needs, and manage updates in seconds with real-time feedback. By the end of the session, your team will be able to reduce scheduling conflicts, save time on administrative tasks, and manage reservations with greater speed and confidence, meaning you can focus on delivering seamless experiences for your community.
