CivicPlus ® Director of Solutions Engineers & Proposal Specialists Jillian Algiere has nearly 10 years of experience working with local governments to address administrative challenges and leverage technology to drive efficiencies, transparency, and collaboration. In her current role, she leads teams that support prospective customers while continuing to share feedback and insights from clerks with the CivicPlus product strategy team to ensure solutions evolve alongside the changing needs of local leaders.
Prior to her current role, Jillian worked directly with customers as both a Manager of Solutions Engineers and an Account Manager, helping organizations engage residents more effectively and optimize internal processes. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, where she studied merchandising and business administration.
Ryan Strait
CivicPlus® Director of Product Management
Ryan Strait leads the strategic vision and evolution of the Municipal Websites portfolio, working closely with local government partners to identify challenges and deliver technology solutions that improve how residents interact with their communities. She collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate customer insights into innovative products that enhance civic engagement, streamline services, and elevate the digital experience for both residents and government staff. She is passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex problems and empower local governments to better serve their communities.
Kevin Albrecht
Product Manager, CivicPlus
CivicPlus® Product Manager Kevin Albrecht brings over 15 years of experience in government technology, enterprise software, and content and process automation. Having held roles as a solutions director, industry consultant, and product marketing manager, Kevin specializes in product strategy, solution development, and empowering government teams with innovative tools. At CivicPlus, he leads product strategy and innovation for the Agenda and Meeting Management solution, focusing on streamlining meeting preparation, enhancing transparency, and supporting confident decision-making. With a focus on innovation and customer collaboration, Kevin is dedicated to making government work better through technology and recently earned an IBM AI Product Management professional certification.
Jessica Gleason
Solutions Engineer II, CivicPlus®
CivicPlus® Solutions Engineer II Jessica Gleason partners with local governments to connect their challenges with practical technology solutions that improve service delivery and resident experiences. With experience as both an educator and solutions engineer, she specializes in technical discovery, consultative product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and translating customer goals into effective solutions. Jessica is known for her clear technical communication, customer-centered problem solving, and ability to make complex concepts easy to understand. Her collaborative approach helps agencies identify the right tools to streamline processes, improve access to services, and better serve their communities. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Fine Art and Mathematics from Clark University.
Jennifer Curtis
Senior Director of Product Management, CivicPlus
CivicPlus® Senior Director of Product Management – Clerk Jennifer Curtis is an experienced product and user experience leader with more than 15 years of expertise driving user-centered, data-informed product strategy across SaaS, civic technology, and regulated industries. Her expertise spans product strategy and roadmap development, user-centered design, customer discovery, portfolio management, and AI-enabled product development. Jennifer is known for strong analytical and systems thinking, translating strategy into execution, and coaching high-performing, cross-functional teams. At CivicPlus, Jennifer is motivated by the mission to improve how government serves residents through thoughtful, resident-centered technology. Jennifer holds a Doctorate in User System Interaction from Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands and a Master of Science in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Kansas.
