He has been working with local governments since 2017, joining Municode prior to the CivicPlus acquisition in 2021. Since then, he has worked on both the Website team and the Agenda and Meeting Management team, launching or helping launch more than 200 customers in his tenure. Luis earned his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from California State University San Marcos and currently looking at options for his master’s degree. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hiking, and photography.
