Prior to joining CivicPlus, Eric served as the President and CEO of Municipal Code Corporation. Eric also served as a United States Marine in the First Tank Battalion in 29 Palms, California. Eric and his family live in Tallahassee, Florida.

He has over six years of experience supporting agencies with various compliance issues, from understanding social media risk and compliance requirements, to helping them evaluate and improve their approach to records request management. Before joining ArchiveSocial, Shaun spent five years teaching English abroad. He is currently living in Durham, North Carolina, where he studied  business at North Carolina State University.
