How to Streamline Your Land Management Processes

A Live Demo of Connected Planning, Zoning & Permitting

Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 1 p.m. CT (2 p.m. ET | 12 p.m. MT | 11 a.m. PT)

You already know what it costs when planning, zoning, permitting, and licensing don’t talk to each other — re-entered data, stalled applications, and a growing backlog. Join CivicPlus Strategic Solutions Consultant Tim Koeshall for a live, in-product walkthrough of how CivicPlus Community Development connects the entire process end to end.

This session is built around a live demo. Tim will take a single parcel through the full lifecycle inside CivicPlus Community Development:

  • Taking raw land through zoning and establishing property records
  • Splitting lots and connecting parcel history through the platform’s GIS integration
  • Submitting and tracking an application through the resident-facing portal
  • Moving that record directly into the permitting module, with no manual handoff
  • What transparency looks like for residents and developers watching a project move through review

Open Q&A follows the demo. Bring your specific workflow questions.

Who Should Attend
This session is built for Community Development Directors, Permitting staff, Building Officials, and Planning & Zoning Directors evaluating how to consolidate fragmented land management processes into one connected system.

See how the full planning-to-permitting process can work as one connected system. Register now to save your seat.
