With experience as both an educator and solutions engineer, she specializes in technical discovery, consultative product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and translating customer goals into effective solutions. Jessica is known for her clear technical communication, customer-centered problem solving, and ability to make complex concepts easy to understand. Her collaborative approach helps agencies identify the right tools to streamline processes, improve access to services, and better serve their communities. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Fine Art and Mathematics from Clark University.
