He collaborates with various departments within our customers’ agency to ensure a smooth and successful transition to their new websites. He brings a strong combination of project management, sales experience, team leadership, and vendor coordination to any project.

CivicPlus® Trainer
CivicPlus® Trainer Annaliese Trout brings a well-rounded background in both the private sector and local government to support customer success and solution delivery. With over eight years of experience in training and public sector support, she is skilled in stakeholder education, process improvement, and building strong, lasting relationships. Since joining CivicPlus, she has led large-scale training and implementation efforts for the Municipal Websites Central platform, including supporting County Elections Departments in Florida during a critical transition period, while also working with customers across multiple states. Known for her critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to continuous learning, Annaliese is passionate about helping customers achieve meaningful outcomes. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science with a Production Management emphasis from Kansas State University.
