CivicPlus® Solutions Engineer Kaitlin Berry has nearly ten years of experience in enhancing local government communications. She previously worked as a Public Information Officer, Advancement Communication Manager, and Director of Marketing and Communications for several organizations. In those roles, she led multiple website redesign efforts, one of which was with CivicPlus. Her positive experience partnering with CivicPlus on that project inspired her to join the CivicPlus team. In her role, Kaitlin works to help prospective and existing CivicPlus clients find creative solutions to meet their constituent engagement needs. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Broadcast Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Rhetoric and Communication with a minor in Politics from Drake University in Des Moines, IA.
