CivicPlus® Implementation Consultant II Elliot Olson specializes in our SeeClickFix 311 CRM product. Elliot joined CivicPlus seven years ago, starting on the Web Content team. Her background is in political science and public health, and she’s worked for both local and federal government.

Beyond her work on implementing 311 systems for local governments, Elliot is passionate about DEI efforts and has served on the CivicPlus Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging committee for four years. In her free time, she loves to volunteer, read, and spend time with her family.

CivicPlus® Implementation Consultant II Allison Cummings specialized in our SeeClickFix 311 CRM solution. She is passionate about helping communities connect with their local governments through technology, ensuring seamless implementations that drive real impact. Allison has been with CivicPlus for six years and has contributed to both website content editing and implementation consulting roles, launching over 150 successful projects in her tenure. Allison earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Communications from Armstrong State University and is currently working toward her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
