David is an Associate Software Integrator at Frederick County Government (FCG) in Frederick County, Maryland. At FCG, he manages SeeClickFix, along with its integration with Cartegraph, and other IT tools, supporting a wide variety of divisions and users across the county. Prior to working at FCG, David contracted for Apple and worked for Chemonics International, where he managed corporate contract databases. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), David received his BA in International Studies from Trinity University in 2013 as well as his MBA from the IGR-IAE Rennes Graduate School of Management in 2017 in Rennes, France. David lives in Frederick County and in his free time, he is an avid native plant gardener where he does his best to protect his plants from his two very smart and very mischievous Australian shepherds Lily and Rhubarb.

City of Elk Grove Management Analyst Carrie Monti has worked in the Public Works Department for a year and was in the City Manager’s office for 15 years. In her current role overseeing the Admin Team of the Operations Division, she focuses on programming and technology that supports the department’s day-to-day functions, which results in providing exceptional service to residents. Having risen through the ranks in the City’s organization, Carrie’s experience ranges from overseeing Commissions and Committees, contract management, budget development, event coordination, and special projects. She has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice administration.

Elliot also serves as the co-chair of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee.

Cari started at SeeClickFix in 2014 as a Client Success Manager. As the company grew, she became the Director of Customer Success for SeeClickFix. In July 2020, she was promoted to Solutions Director for CivicPlus’ Mass Notification and SeeClickFix 311 CRM solutions. In her position, Cari utilizes her expertise and customer experience for product strategy and development. In addition to graduating with an MBA from Southern Connecticut State University, her prior adventures include marketing for the architecture firm responsible for restoring the U.S. Capitol dome, serving on a humanitarian hospital ship in Africa, and working for a U.S. Congressperson. Cari lives near Denver with her husband and two kids. On the weekends, you’re likely to find Cari hiking the mountains foraging for wild food, paddle boarding on the lake, or helping with the music/photography studio she co-owns with her husband.
