With a focus on meeting timeline milestones, Cat helps develop effective content management frameworks tailored to the unique needs of each customer. She also guides and educates customers on how to confidently use their new platforms to serve their communities. Cat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University and a Master of Public Service and Administration from The Bush School of Government and Public Service. Her master’s capstone focused on evaluating government transparency through municipal websites.
