This live webinar is designed for customers who want to learn about two new enhancements available within the CivicPlus Recreation Management solution: Digital Membership Cards and Account Alerts. During the session, we’ll demonstrate how residents can access membership cards directly from their mobile devices for faster, more convenient check-ins, while staff gain tools to reduce reliance on physical cards and streamline membership management. We’ll also explore how Account Alerts help surface important information during key workflows, helping staff make more informed decisions and provide more consistent service.

Join us to learn how to configure and manage these new capabilities, understand practical use cases, and discover best practices for adoption across your organization. By the end of the session, you’ll have a deep understanding of how these new capabilities can help support efficient operations, improve staff awareness, and create a more seamless experience across membership management, resident interactions, and daily service delivery.
