Summer camps are one of the most anticipated and operationally complex programs parks and recreation departments manage each year. From seasonal registration demand to flexible attendance options, preparing your system and staff ahead of peak season is essential to delivering a smooth experience for both your team and your community.

This free, live training webinar is designed for Recreation Management customers who are new to the platform, setting up summer camps for the first time, or looking for a refresher and best practices before the busy season begins. During the session, we’ll walk through a practical overview of how Recreation Management supports summer camp set up and registration, with a live demonstration of common workflows used by parks and recreation departments.

You’ll learn how to think through summer camp configuration, prepare for high-volume seasonal registration, and reduce administrative strain so your team can focus more on delivering great camp experiences and less on manual work. The session will conclude with a live Q&A, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and learn from real-world scenarios.
