Lora-Marie Bernard

Journalist, Author, PIO – City of Lake Jackson, TX

Lora-Marie Bernard is the founder and principal consultant of MuniMedia, a multimedia journalist, and award-winning Texas nonfiction author. She was a national correspondent for the first Trump presidential campaign. As well as an international radio commentator, digital journalist, and photographer for the Texas U.S. Senate Race, the Washington D.C. Women’s March, and Hurricane Harvey. An experienced digital storyteller, Bernard specializes in improving platform content and creating communication funnels that boost organic engagement and brand awareness. She uses her knowledge in multimedia, social and digital platforms to help small governments find cost-effective methods to boost communication, and handle extensive brand crisis communication campaigns. Currently, Bernard serves as the first Public Information Officer for the City of Lake Jackson, Texas where she is building the communications program from scratch.
