Jewell Griffiths partners with our customers during the implementation of their CivicPlus Municipal Websites. Jewell guides customers through the process of analyzing, designing, and preparing content for migration to our platform. He collaborates with various departments within our customers’ agency to ensure a smooth and successful transition to their new websites. He brings a strong combination of project management, sales experience, team leadership, and vendor coordination to any project.

Virtual Trainer
CivicPlus® Virtual Trainer I Amanda Felber brings over 10 years of experience helping municipalities edit, implement, and manage their websites using the Municipal Websites Central platform. She is known for her clear communication, strong work ethic, and collaborative approach to training. Amanda collaborates with customers on how best to manage their websites and how to present information clearly and effectively to their residents, incorporating best practices for usability and accessibility. Passionate about keeping communities informed, she enjoys helping customers stay current with evolving web standards and tools. Amanda holds a BA in Psychology from Lake Superior State University.
