Known for tackling complex problems, crafting seamless user experiences, and leveraging innovative technology, Jess is dedicated to making a meaningful impact. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications.

Rachel Ebaugh

Solutions Director

CivicPlus Solutions Director Rachel Ebaugh implements the strategic vision for our Recreation Management solution. She guides our product strategy and engineering teams to execute the product roadmap. Rachel has over 15 years of experience in parks and recreation and the Recreation SAAS field. She holds a master’s degree in Parks and Recreation Administration. Also, she has Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP), Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO), and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications.
