Solution Engineer, CPRP
Heather has been with CivicPlus since June 2021 and is currently a solutions engineer for the CivicPlus Recreation Management solution. Before starting her professional career, Heather obtained her Master’s degree in Recreation Management from Texas State University. Heather spent over eight years as a parks and recreation professional in the greater Houston area and has had her CPRP certification since 2018. While working in parks and recreation, one of her roles was as her department’s project manager when deciding which recreation management software to use, ultimately choosing a CivicPlus solution in 2017. As a previous CivicPlus Recreation Management software user, Heather is now responsible for identifying innovative ways for technology to help automate the recreation engagement model to strengthen relationships between municipalities and their residents.
Taylor McCulley
CivicPlus® Associate Product Manager, CPRP
Taylor McCulley is the Associate Product Manager at CivicPlus, focused on advancing the Recreation Management solution. With over seven years of experience in SaaS and the public sector, she drives product strategy by translating customer, market, and industry insights into scalable, impactful solutions.
Taylor plays a key role in shaping the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, elevate user experience, and support community engagement. Her background in client partnership provides a strong foundation in customer advocacy, enabling her to align stakeholder needs with long-term product vision.
She holds certifications from the National Recreation & Parks Association and the Pragmatic Institute, and earned a B.S. in Sustainable Tourism Development & Management from Arizona State University.
