John Brock currently serves as Deputy Town Manager and Town Clerk for the Town of Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida. In this dual role, he manages day-to-day municipal operations, serves as the official custodian of public records, and supports the Town Council through comprehensive agenda preparation, legal advertising, and meeting documentation. His expertise spans records management, elections coordination, procurement oversight, and policy development.

John is the current President of the Lake County Municipal Clerks Association. A graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences, he is committed to promoting transparent, responsive, and legally compliant local governance, while fostering ongoing professional growth within the municipal clerks’ community.

Lead Implementation Consultant, CivicPlus

Eden Snyder is the Lead Implementation Consultant on the Agenda and Meeting Management team at CivicPlus, where she has spent the past four years helping local governments optimize their digital solutions.
