You will also gain a basic understanding of the CivicEngage Modules, including best practice for editing and maintaining content. At the end of this session, you will be able to log in and navigate the administrative tools within your CivicEngage website. You will also learn how to Create, Delete, Move, and Edit Web Pages with CivicEngage Pages Live Edit Tools, manage documents with the Document Center, Archive Center, and Agenda Center Modules and Create, Edit, and Maintain Web Content with the CivicEngage Modules such as Calendar, Newsflash, FAQs, and more. By the end of this session, attendees will understand how to add facilities, enable rentals, set discounts, run reservation reports and more. They’ll see CivicRec through the eyes of their citizens, from creating an account to signing up for an activity. We recommend this session for new users wishing to learn about the functionality of CivicRec, or experienced users looking for a refresher.
