Her expertise spans product strategy and roadmap development, user-centered design, customer discovery, portfolio management, and AI-enabled product development. Jennifer is known for strong analytical and systems thinking, translating strategy into execution, and coaching high-performing, cross-functional teams. At CivicPlus, Jennifer is motivated by the mission to improve how government serves residents through thoughtful, resident-centered technology. Jennifer holds a Doctorate in User System Interaction from Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands and a Master of Science in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Kansas.
Kevin Albrecht
Product Manager, CivicPlus
CivicPlus® Product Manager Kevin Albrecht brings over 15 years of experience in government technology, enterprise software, and content and process automation. Having held roles as a solutions director, industry consultant, and product marketing manager, Kevin specializes in product strategy, solution development, and empowering government teams with innovative tools. At CivicPlus, he leads product strategy and innovation for the Agenda and Meeting Management solution, focusing on streamlining meeting preparation, enhancing transparency, and supporting confident decision-making. With a focus on innovation and customer collaboration, Kevin is dedicated to making government work better through technology and recently earned an IBM AI Product Management professional certification.
Solutions Engineer II, Former Clerk
Rachelle Cantero is a solutions engineer at CivicPlus, focusing on our Agenda and Meeting Management software. Before coming to work in the private sector, she spent 17 years in government at the state, county, and municipal levels, holding positions in community relations, child support enforcement, and as a misdemeanor/juvenile coordinator for the victim witness division. Rachelle spent the last decade at the Town of Normal, Illinois, as the Deputy Clerk, an Engineering OA, and a Communications Specialist. In addition, she studied International Business at Illinois State University.
