She guides our product strategy and engineering teams to execute the product roadmap. Rachel has over 15 years of experience in parks and recreation and the Recreation SAAS field. She holds a master’s degree in Parks and Recreation Administration. Also, she has Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP), Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO), and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications.

His background includes nine years as Senior Operations Analyst for the City of Boulder Parks and Recreation Department. As the creator of the CivicPlus Cost Recovery solutions, he has helped countless agencies “do the math” by providing data-driven insights into planning, budgeting, pricing, and performance measurement. With a master’s degree in Sports Management from the University of Denver and hands-on experience in both public and private recreation operations, Matthew excels at translating complex data into meaningful strategies for fiscally fit organizations. Outside of work he is an outdoor enthusiast, he’s logged over 100,000 miles on his motorcycle in the past five years.
