He brings a collaborative, outcome-driven approach to working with product, design, engineering, and customer-facing teams to build more inclusive digital experiences. With a background spanning 10 years in parks and recreation and four years in govtech, his passion for accessibility began with designing accessible playgrounds and continues in his work today. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and maintains multiple product management certifications.
